Return Policy
● 7-Day Dead on Arrival (DOA) Guarantee
We offer item exchanges for situations where you receive an item that is either damaged due to non-human factors, not functioning properly, or if the item you received is incorrect due to an error in shipping. To verify the issue, it is mandatory to provide the order number, photographic or video evidence of the problem. Upon confirmation that the item is Dead on Arrival (DOA), we will promptly send you a replacement at no additional cost, including shipping fees, within a period of 7 days. Alternatively, you have the option to request a full refund.
On occasion, we may require the return of a product. At that time, our support center will issue an RMA authorization. Please retain the original packaging and all accessories, and ship the product back using the designated logistics method provided by us(we will assume shipping cost).

● 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee for Any Reason
To improve your shopping experience, we offer a 30-day hassle-free return and exchange policy for products purchased from us (excluding promotional gifts). You can initiate a return request within 30 days of receiving your order for any reason. This policy covers situations where you may be dissatisfied with the product or have accidentally ordered the wrong item. Please review the following details:
- You need to submit a return request in writing by email within 30 days after receiving the goods, and provide the order number and relevant photos and videos proving that the product is in good condition.
- We will confirm your return request within 7 days and inform you of the return process, estimated return shipping costs, and the refund amount you can finally receive after deducting the return shipping costs.
- After creating a return authorization for you in our support center, you need to return the product within 14 days according to the return instructions. To improve the processing time of returns and refunds, you need to ensure that the returned product is complete and try to keep the original packaging.
- We will complete the refund within 14 days after receiving the return. After the refund is processed, it may take another 3-5 working days for the money to be returned to your payment account;
- Please note that if the product you return is damaged by human factors and seriously affects the secondary sale, we have the right to ask you for compensation.
Refund Policy
- • For returns not related to product quality, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Please note that you do not need to pay any shipping costs when sending the return item. We will inform you of the estimated shipping costs for the return item in the email, and the shipping costs will be deducted from the order refund.
- • When creating a return authorization, we will specify the return address in the EU or the United States based on your address to ensure a simple return process and reasonable costs.
- • Due to our overseas warehouse facilities not supporting returns for orders not shipped from overseas warehouses, if your order was placed on itead.cc instead of us.itead.cc or eu.itead.cc, then when you apply for the 30-day no-reason return, you will need to return the product to China and bear the corresponding return shipping costs and customs duties.
- • According to relevant laws, you have the right to withdraw within 14 days after receiving the goods, and we will refund the full amount of the order, including the original shipping costs. If your order contains multiple products, the original shipping costs will only be refunded if all products in the order are returned.
- • If you initiate a return application within 30 days, but more than 14 days, we will still accept your request. After receiving the return and confirming that the product is intact, we will only refund the product amount, excluding the original shipping costs.
2-Year Warranty
Within 2 year from the date of order, products that are damaged by non-human factors can be submitted to support center and will be reissued after our company evaluates and confirms that it is a quality problem. In this case, we will bear the freight for replacement. If it is not possible to confirm whether there is a product problem, the customer needs to return the product for inspection for responsibility assessment.No compensation is available in the following cases:
- Damage and natural degenerate due to wear in item’s use are at the customer’s own expense.
- No compensation and repair for items damaged by customers and misuse beyond the warranty period.
- Flash firmware, modify, remove or customize items.
- Provide subjective or unacceptable reasons to ask for a refund.
- Return and replacement request without RMA authorization.
